Bumper selection of January matches produces a tight finish

The Africa Cup of Nations provided some extra fixtures in January 2012 requiring a bit of a redesign on the Standings page to fit them all. Everton claimed victory over league leaders Man City in the final fixture and none of the chasing pack could benefit from this upset and Simon finished top of the pile, one point clear from @titianred and two ahead of @jimbobrennan and @frinster.

Hashmeetup witnesses goal fest at Griffin Park

The second Brentford-based #hashmeetup took place on Saturday 28 January 2012 with @anna_noonan, @simoncatlin, @botheredpocket, @robhicking, @beeinthebush and @bobstanley59 in attendance. All were presented with a limited edition hashfootery badge. Something special was clearly in the air as the Griffin Park crowd was treated to a 7-goal exhibition: Brentford 5-2 Wycombe Wanderers. A tricky one to predict.
