@gerrymulvenna came out on top in a hotly-contested first month of the season. In this season, predictions are kept under wraps until kickoff, so there was no scope for "strategic" predictions on the last match and incredibly 20 of 67 predictions went for MNU 3-1 ARS including most of the leading contenders. Only @mrcudlip's 3-0 prediction could make a difference at the top, but Walcott's goal to make it 3-1 at the stroke of half time burst that little bubble of excitement. Of course nobody saw the final 8-2 result coming.
